Do you have a minimum order?
Sorry, yes we do. Our minimum order is £199.00 (inc.vat). However, all orders over £199.00 have FREE DELIVERY (UK Mainland).

How safe is shopping on lightsuk.com?
We want your online shopping to be worry free, so we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online ordering security system available. At lightsuk.com, your sensitive information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Will I get an order confirmation?
Lights UK will send you an email detailing your home lighting order which you should receive shortly after ordering your chosen light fixtures. In case any items happen to be out of stock you will always receive a call or email after placing your order.

When will my products be delivered?
All home lighting and ceiling fan products are delivered safe and secure to your door within 2-3 working days. We deliver Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.
Please note: please do not book your electrician until you have received delivery of your order. We will not bear any electrician costs if you have booked an electrician and not received your lights.

Do you deliver to my address?
Here at lightsuk.com, all our home lighting online can be delivered across all of the UK and the Republic of Ireland. We will deliver to the credit card holder’s billing address or any alternative address as we realise that this may need to be at work or a new house etc. If you like any of our traditional or modern home lighting fixtures, and live outside of the UK please email us at deven@lightsuk.com to find out whether we would be able to ship your lighting fixture to you. What if I’m not in when you deliver?
We deliver our home lighting Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available to accept the light fixture, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your lighting fixture products.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you have received your email confirmation for your lighting fixtures and more than the specified delivery time has elapsed, please feel free to contact us either by email or phone. Our staff will always help you with a delivery date for your home lighting or ceiling fan.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Our lighting online collection is of the highest quality and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If your lighting fixture does arrive damaged you should contact us immediately by phone or email. We will always ensure that you are completely satisfied with your lighting fixture purchase.

What do I do if my product breaks down during its guarantee period?
All our lighting online carries a 12 month guarantee (from date of delivery) to be of satisfactory quality. If your lighting should fail within 12 months please contact us.

What do I do if I want to return an un-used lighting fixture?
If you do wish to return any lighting fixture from our home lighting collections, we will refund you, provided the product has not been installed and is in fully re-saleable condition. You need to inform us within 7 days from receipt of goods and ensure that the lighting fixture is in the original, undamaged packaging. Please call (01332 341027) or e-mail our customer services department deven@lightsuk.com who will give you a returns authorisation number relating to the purpose of the return to be displayed on the parcel.

All we ask is that customers return any goods at their expense. This needs to be by registered means. Read our full returns policy here.
