Do you have a minimum order value?
There is NO minimum order requirement.


What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are simple. All our prices include VAT and there are no hidden charges anywhere. Delivery charges are as follows:

UK Mainland :-
All orders more than £75.00 - FREE DELIVERY
All orders less than £75.00  - Carriage charge £15.00


Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight :-
All orders more than £200.00 - FREE DELIVERY
All orders less than £200.00  - Carriage charge £30.00


For Mainland Europe and the Rest of the World you will be contacted with a shipping quotation.


What is your returns policy?
If you do wish to return anything, we will refund you without hestitation, provided the product has not been installed and is in fully re-saleable condition. You need to inform us within 7 days from receipt of goods and ensure that the product is in the original, undamaged packaging.

All we ask is that customers return any goods at their own expense. This needs to be by registered means.

Please call (01332 341027) or e-mail our customer services department sales@lightsuk.com who will give you a Returns Authorisation Number relating to the purpose of the return to be displayed on the parcel.

If you return products by post, please ensure that you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you retain some proof of postage with adequate insurance in the event that the products go missing, as products do remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.

We will refund the price of the item or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.


How safe is shopping on lightsuk.com?
We want your online shopping to be worry free, so we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online ordering security system available. At Oberoi Brothers Lighting, your sensitive information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Will I get an order confirmation?
We will send you an email detailing your order which you will receive shortly after placing your order. In case any items happen to be out of stock you will always receive a call or email after placing your order.


When will my products be delivered?
We pride ourselves on our safe, secure and speedy courier service. *All orders placed before 11.30am on items in stock will be delivered NEXT WORKING DAY (UK Mainland). We deliver Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. 

We have a 99% success rate for our next working day delivery service. There are occasions, however, when circumstances are beyond our control and so we cannot guarantee next day delivery nor do we compensate for such non delivery.


Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore products may arrive separately, but you won't incur any additional delivery charges.

Please note: please do not book your electrician until you have received delivery of your order. We will not bear any electrician costs if you have booked an electrician and not received your lights.


Do you deliver to my address?
We will deliver to any address, but there must be someone there to sign for the delivery. We will deliver to the credit card holder’s billing address or any alternative address as we realise that this may need to be at work or a new house etc.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipient is not in each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your order from the local depot.


What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you have received your email confirmation and more than the specified delivery time has elapsed, please feel free to contact us either by email or phone. Our staff will always be there to help you.


What if my order arrives damaged?
Our lighting collection is of the highest quality and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If your delivery does arrive damaged you should contact us immediately by phone or email. We will always ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.


What do I do if my product breaks down during its guarantee period?
All our products (except bulbs) carry a 12 month guarantee from date of delivery, to be of satisfactory quality. If your lighting should fail within 12 months please contact us.
