We like to keep things nice and simple. We want you to be happy with your quality lighting purchase and know that this can be difficult, especially when ordering on-line. Our policy has always been to select quality lighting products that will exceed our customers expectations. When you receive your delivery we want you to be pleasantly surprised with the quality and finish of the product (we have even had kind remarks on the quality of our packaging!) We never forget that our customers are our business and they should never be disappointed when they shop with us and our testimonials prove this.
If you do wish to return anything, we will refund you, provided the product has not been installed and is in fully re-saleable condition. You need to inform us within 7 days from receipt of goods and ensure that the product is in the original, undamaged packaging.
Please call (01332 341027) or e-mail our customer services department customerservices@lightsuk.com who will give you a returns authorisation number relating to the purpose of the return to be displayed on the parcel.
All we ask is that customers return any goods at their expense. This needs to be by registered means.
If you return products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you retain some proof of postage with adequate insurance in the event that the products go missing, as products do remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.
We will refund the price of the item or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
