Everything we ordered arrived in perfect condition and timing. We are absolutely delighted with the finish and quality of all the items bought. The wall lights and flush ceiling lights were all easily fitted yesterday, we look rather like Blackpool illuminations compared to what had been in place before. The new fittings give a bright crisp clean light as well as the added benefit helping the environment with their low energy saving components. This might sound like an advert except it is all very true, from experience! Thank you all so much for providing us with such a high quality product with good information to back the product up and then the ease of ordering over a secure site. The excellent choice, product and service you provided meant also that you saved us from a great deal of time and effort looking elsewhere. Just wanted to say, thank you for the good quality service your company provided in relation to a lighting order we placed recently. We spent a long time looking on many websites and could not find what we were looking for. We found your website very easy to use and felt that it was very clear. We were looking for wall lights suitable to be put onto a dimmer switch. All of the other websites we used did not make it clear, whether the lighting they sold was suitable for ths purpose, making it difficult to make an infomed decision.
I also found it very useful to be able to add comments regarding special conditions onto the delivery details. Both me and my partner work shifts and being able to request delivery to a neighbour is a real time saver and cuts out the hassle of a visit to the Post Office!
We received the products in good time and are very happy with them.

I found the website easy to navigate and the pictures very good. However I assumed the max. drop was just the chain, this was not the case it included the light aswell. We were therefore slightly disappointed with the short drop of the chanderlier, we needed something a bit longer to fit over a void.
Having said this we were very pleased with the light as it was just what we were looking for. The delivery was very prompt and the chandelier was very well packed up.

Thanks for the receipt. We are delighted with our new Meridian ceiling lamp. It was delivered very quickly after ordering and arrived well packed. It looks superb in our Living Room. Our house was built in the thirties, with high ceilings. We were pleased to find a lamp with a chain suspension which I could adjust so the lamp hangs at the correct height. The majority of lamps seem only to suit low modern ceilings.
